We are the Fisher Family!

An engineer and an artist made this little shop. It has been something very special to us the past few years. We started this after our first miscarriage. We needed a creative outlet and wanted to make something with our hands. Now we have a beautiful daughter and love our family business.

Baking is more than a business—it’s a passion rooted in family, health, and the joy of sharing good food. We are proud to be ServSafe Food Handler certified, ensuring that every dessert we make is prepared with the highest standard of food safety.

As a gluten-free family, we know firsthand the challenges of finding delicious, safe options for special occasions. For the past 10 years, I’ve been developing gluten-free recipes after discovering my own gluten intolerance. That journey has shaped our bakery’s mission: to create desserts that everyone can enjoy—because no one should feel left out at a party.

Our menu features a wide range of gluten-free cakes, cookies, and baked goods. We can also customize recipes with alternative milks and other adjustments to accommodate different dietary needs. Every order is handcrafted in small batches, so your desserts are fresh, flavorful, and made with care.

My passion for baking began during culinary school in 2012, and since then, it has only grown stronger. Today, I’m honored to combine professional training with years of experience to bring joy to every celebration through safe, inclusive, and unforgettable desserts.
